Reading to children ensures success

When it’s time for kids to go back to school, it’s a frantic time for all, whether you have children or not.

The 40km/hspeed zones are in operation, and there generally seems to be more activity everywhere, and hopefully in your business.

If you do have young ones, either at the start of the kindergarten adventure, or returning to infants or junior primary, there is one thing you can do to ensure their success at school, and in life.

Reading. Read books to them. Read books with them.

It’s of enormous benefit for all their subjects, and eventually for whatever career they may pursue.

It’s also a great way for parents to bond with their kids, and it doesn’t have to be when they go to bed.

You can adopt the “school speed zone” approach at any time that suits. Slow down and read a book with your children.

It benefits everyone, and is a great way to kickstart a child’s new school year.
